narrow stairs broken remote
The lack of an elevator was a real problem. lugging my suitcase up several flights of narrow stairs was exhausting and unnecessary. I'm not sure why there isn't a lift. also, the television remote didn't work at all. It was a constant frustration to try and change channels. the shower was also a letdown, running out of hot water way too quickly, leaving me with a very unpleasant cold shower.

the location was convenient for victoria station. the breakfast provided a great start to the day. i especially liked the fresh options. the staff offered efficient service.
the room felt a bit small for an extended stay. i noticed limited space for luggage storage. this made it challenging to keep the area tidy.

friendly staff fresh fruit
i totally loved how friendly the staff was! the breakfast was super tasty, cooked just for me. i was so happy to have fresh fruit too!
the stairs was a little steep, i was on the second floor and there wasnt a elevator.

friendly staff great location cooked omelets
The location is great , I could easily walk to many attractions. The breakfast included a chef who cooked omelets and eggs to order. The staff were very helpful and friendly . I especially appreciated their assistance with directions.
The stairs were narrow , so carrying luggage was slightly difficult.

a lovely stay
friendly staff various options clean room
the staff was SO friendly, which I really appreciate. the breakfast each morning had various options. the location worked SO well because it was near many attractions. I appreciated the clean room i had.
the stairs were steep.

charming stay near victoria
convenient station helpful staff breakfast offering
the hotel is a short walk from victoria station , a definite plus for getting around. the staff were particularly helpful with directions and recommendations. the breakfast included croissants and a full english breakfast , all made to order.
my room was a little small.

the staff were very friendly and were pretty good with requests, especially when i needed help with directions to a local theatre and a good restaurant to visit, they were so kind.

breakfast included fruit , cereals and yoghurt , along with hot options. eggs , mushrooms , baked beans and bacon were made fresh , this meant a good start to each day before sightseeing.

the room included nice towels and a comfy bed for sleeping. it had all the amenities needed for a short trip. the cleanliness was very noticeable , and this was well appreciated.
